It’s April! My roses have bloomed and baseball is here. Spring is a time for new beginnings, and in that spirit, I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve accepted a new position as VP of Marketing at Sequoia Consulting Group here in San Mateo. Sequoia is an amazing company that focuses on providing benefits, HR and risk management services to awesome companies like Airbnb, Zendesk, Marketo, Baidu, AdRoll and Lyft. It’s a huge opportunity for me and I’m very much looking forward to helping the team at Sequoia be as successful as possible.
I also want to take this chance to thank the team at Piqora for a great year. I’ll always think particularly fondly of my marketing team (Nick, Andi, Sam, and Lorraine – you guys are awesome!). We did some amazing things – from building an incredible library of resources, speaking at various conferences, creating our own mini-conference series and, of course, putting together a killer SXSW week-long event space.
